Seán Costello is the Principal of the firm who qualified as a Solicitor in 1994. The practice was established by Seán in 2001 and Seán specialises in litigation including Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Judicial Review. Seán has advised on several high profile cases and has acted for large representative associations and Semi-State Bodies.

Andrew Freeman graduated from Trinity College in 2000 with an MA in English Literature and French. He joined the firm in 2003 and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2006. Andrew specialises in Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation but also practices extensively in the areas of Employment Law and Criminal Law. He has provided legal advice to private clients, State Bodies and national Unions on these issues.

Michelle Egan graduated with an Honours Degree in Business and Legal Studies and thereafter obtained a Distinction in her Masters in European Law from University College Dublin. Michelle joined the firm in 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007. Michelle specialises in Defamation, Employment Law, Family Law, Health & Safety, Probate, Wills & Estates, Licensing, Medical Negligence, Personal Injury, Road Traffic Law and general Litigation. Michelle is also a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Kathryn Ward is a graduate of UCG and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. She specialises in Litigation, including Commercial Litigation, Judicial Review, Planning and Employment Law. Specialising in Media Law since qualifying, Kathryn has acted in jury actions and has recently litigated in one of the first Declaratory Orders under the new Defamation Act.

Brenda Dunne worked as a Legal Executive for over ten years prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in January 2005. Brenda joined the firm in 2006 and specialises in all aspects of Litigation including Personal Injury Law, Conveyancing, Employment, Family, Licensing and Probate Law. Brenda is also a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
